The fruit for this wine is sourced from the Seaview heights subregion of McLaren Vale. Fermentation took place in 5 tonne open stainless steel fermenters with pump over twice daily, then pressed off to new and seasoned French oak puncheons for up to 18 months. The resultant wine was bottled unfiltered and unfined to highlight the
expression of the relationship between soil position and fruit.
