Bright with a very light straw colour. Gorgeous aromas of exotic tropical fruits ie; lychees, guava and papaya with a herbaceous freshness. A delicious wine with loads of zesty tropical fruit flavours and a tangy acidity. It has good palate weight and texture from its time on its yeast lees and, with its ‘zingy’ freshness, this ensures it’s good as an aperitif as well as being suitable to serve with many foods.
