An amazingly inky & dense crimson with a purple red hue. Intense aromas of dark berry fruits e.g. boysenberry & blackcurrant, with complexing dry savoury spice and lifted violets. Beautifully flavoued with great texture. The rich, dark berry fruit flavours are very well balanced by the drying tannins from the fruit and the well-integrated oak and gives this wine its great length and persistence of flavour.
