Upside Down Sauvignon Blanc

Light green in colour, Upside Down Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, fruit driven wine. The nose is packed with tropical and citrus fruits along with herbaceous varietal characters. The palate is generous and fruit driven with classical New Zealand acidity adding structure and length. The fruit parcels for this wine were selected from across New Zealand. Harvested in batches, the grapes were separated from skins on arrival and pressed to extract maximum flavor. The juice was cool fermented in stainless steel with an array of specific yeasts for the signature Upside Down Sauvignon Blanc style. The wine was left to sit on lees before careful blending and bottling, resulting in a predominantly fruit profile with a luscious mouthfeel.
