Sister’s Run Bethlehem Block Cabernet

Rich soft mouth filling fruit, especially cassis and cedar. Juicy round blackberry sweetness, and red currant tartness tempered with taught but typical Cabernet tannin. Wonderful cigar box and supple fruit flavour but properly taught tannin. Intense and complex but with a lightness of red berry flavours, which is surprising for such a wine.
