Redbank Prosecco

Pale straw with green tints. Aromas of pear, green apples, peach skin and mint with faint hints of musk, bee’s wax, fennel, almond and star anise. The palate is fresh and light with flavours of crisp green apples, lemon, pepper tree, grapefruit and green herbs straight from the garden. Delicately sweet, balanced with crisp natural acidity and the trademark Prosecco phenolics – slightly chalky, mineral and a little savoury. This leaves the palate feeling refreshed; the perfect wine to serve as an aperitif.
