Redbank Emily Brut Cuvee 200ml

Pale straw with golden green tints. The nose is delicate and fruit driven with aromas of strawberry cream, citrus zest, white nougat and apple skin. A feint peppery grapefruit note leads to attractive cashew and yeast complexity from extended maturation on lees. Crisp and fresh, the palate is alive with green apple, lemon and cashew. Time on lees has given the wine an attractive creamy texture on the mid palate which complements the fine line of green pear and citrus acidity, leading to a refreshing, dry finish.
