Each by the case

Printhie Mount Range Cabernet Sauvignon

Fruit, oak and earthiness all compete for aromatic attention. Therefore there is a good level of complexity. The fruit profile is distinctively cabernet with blackcurrant, red berries, choc-mint, a hint of leaf. The oak is cedary with some toast and vanilla. Tannins, often more forceful in cabernet than other varieties, have a lovely sense of balance. They are dry and carry the flavour down the palate.
