Palliser Estate Pencarrow Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant light straw-yellow colour with slight green hues, paler on the rim. The nose is softly full and voluminous with fresh, fragrant aromas of ripe passionfruit and topical fruit with lifted exotic florals, fresh herbs and subtle cooler-spectrum nettle nuances. This has good depth, intensity and is well-proportioned. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is taut and tightly concentrated with elegantly presented flavours of pungent passionfruit, tropical fruits, florals, herbs and nettles.
