It is a complex Rosé of serious character and intensity, showing evolving aromas of strawberry, guava, yellow nectarine, watermelon, frangipani flower, pink grapefruit pith and ground coriander seed with a subtle sweet/savoury undercurrent of lovage, flint and tempered white chocolate. The palate is deep, long, earthy and flavourful with bay leaf and petrichor undertones washing over a refreshing base of integrated acidity and fine finishing tannins.
