Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, liquorice and dark cherries are overlaid with tobacco followed by spicy cedar end notes. Medium to full bodied with a juicy mouthfeel the palate is generously flavoured with blackcurrants and ripe dark cherries alongside some cedary tobacco like characters and spice. Dryish finish with solidly constructed but fine grained tannins.
