Rutherglen Shiraz, the predominant variety in this wine provides ripe red berry fruit flavours and white pepper. The Durif and Tempranillo give layers to the wine and the Tempranillo adds a touch of finesse. The Ruby Cabernet, albeit a small component, provides aromatic notes of violets, plums and blackberry.
