Bunnamagoo Estate 1827 Shiraz

This wine was made using beautifully ripe fruit harvested from Bunnamagoo’s Mudgee region vineyard. This parcel of fruit was fermented in closed stainless steel potters for 10 days on skins before maturation occurred in a mixture of new and one year old French and American oak. This outstanding vintage produced a wine with dense colour and blackberry, mocha, vanilla and sweet spice aromas. The palate is seamlessly integrated with fruit and oak.
