Bunnamagoo Estate 1827 Chardonnay

Made with hand-picked fruit from Bunnamagoo’s high altitude vineyard at Rockley, Central Ranges NSW. The juice was fermented for 4 months in a mixture of new and older French and Hungarian hogsheads before further maturation on its own lees for another 7 months. The resulting wine has retained its cool climate origins with delicate apple and grapefruit characters and a subtle oak flavour profile.
