Produced using the best parcels of fruit harvested from Bunnamagoo’s Mudgee region vineyard before maturation for 18 months in a mixture of new and older French oak. The wine displays rich blackberry and cassis aromas along with subtle dark chocolate notes. The palate has a generous entry, layered with bright fruit and vanillin oak overlaying a fresh mid palate before finishing with length and balance.
