Brackenwood Riesling

This textural style riesling was picked early and fermented in old Hungarian barrels. We allowed the wine to go through malolactic fermentation to provide a fuller mouth feel and rounder acid drive. Aromas of wild thyme and dried herbs compliment the grapefruit and white peach flavours with a lingering acid mineral finish.
