Palliser Estate Pinot Noir

The nose is very soft and gently voluminous, unfolding subtle layers of dark-red berry fruits melded with dark herbs, nuances of spice and liquorice, unfolding an ethereal array of red florals. This is a little shy, but has beauty and finesse. Medium-bodied and elegantly concentrated, the palate possesses layers of soft red berry fruit flavours melded with fragrant dark herbs, red florals, spices and liquorice. The fruit has a delicate richness and sweetness that is balanced by very fine-grained, flowery, but supple tannins and ripe acidity.
