Catalina Sounds Sound of White Sauvignon Blanc

This elegant white wine is pale straw-lemon in colour with some green hues. The nose is greeted by a bouquet of black currant leaves, stone fruits, citrus and gentle tropical fruits complemented by crushed sweet herbs and light floral scents. It is opulent yet possesses a precise acid backbone. The palate displays a trace of black currant leaves, herbs and stone fruits, giving way to citrus flavours with suggestions of guava and pineapple. Oak fermentation has added texture to the wine.
