Philip Shaw The Conductor Merlot

The Conductor is a succulent and savoury merlot. The wine shows fleshy red berry fruits with notes of mushroom and dried herbs. It is medium bodied wine with fine savoury tannins. Blackcurrant, licorice and a touch of mint offer plenty of interest on the nose of this Clare red. The medium-weight palate shows dark fruit flavours and a seamless texture with fine grain tannins.
