Pale straw in colour with green tints. These are delicious aromas of alpine strawberry, Granny Smith apple, peppercorn, notes of buttered toast, preserved lemon and the subtle hints of rose water. Elegantly structured, this wine shows outstanding Pinot Gris precision with delicate flavours of white pear, preserved lemon and spice. The layered creamy texture is balanced by an underlying core of chalky minerality and persistent fruit flavour.
