Muddy Water Pinot Noir

Muddy Water Pinot Noir is made from 100% certified organic estate grown Pinot Noir fruit. Attractive dark plum both in colour and on the nose. Plum gives way to berry fruits, red florals, nutmeg and new leather.  The palate is well structured for long-term cellaring while also unfolding beautifully in the glass with a seamless blend of ripe fruits and tannins. A long and flavoursome mouth-feel this would be a wonderful match for game and dark meats.
