Mojo 03 Cabernet Sauvignon

Cassis aromas with underlying herbaceous mint and tomato leaf and a hint of dusty cigar box. Vibrant, intriguing palate loaded with blackcurrant and wild berry fruit fused with fresh peppermint and silky dark chocolate, embellished with savoury black olive and nutmeg. Ample, crunchy acid and cedary, nutty oak provide a supportive backbone with both imparting structures to gracefully hold the palate together then neatly uniting with the bountiful, velvety tannin providing a lingering, dry, chalky finish.
